Payment Terms & Code Ownership
Straightforward process, no lock-in. You own your code from the moment the project ends.
Payment Schedule
Retains Joe's time, confirms the project, and kicks off discovery, design, and development. No work begins without this.
For Tier 3–6 builds: 25% due at the design + development checkpoint. Smaller Tier 1–2 builds skip this step (50/50 split only).
Remaining balance (25% or 50%) due after client review and approval of the completed site, before public launch and codebase handoff.

This is stated upfront and delivered at the end — always. Vivere does not hold your site hostage, lock you into proprietary systems, or retain ownership of anything built for you.
Every file, every asset, every line of code delivered as a zip and GitHub repository at project close.
